Welcome to this 45-minute Chair Balance Fitness class! This full-body workout is designed to improve strength, stability, and flexibility, all from the comfort of a chair. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is low-impact but highly effective! Here's what to expect: Warm-Up: Gentle warm-up exercises to activate the upper and lower body, getting your muscles ready for movement. Core Work: Engaging core exercises while seated to strengthen your abdominals and improve posture. Standing Balance Exercises: A series of standing moves to challenge your balance and build lower body strength, with the chair for support. Seated Strength: Upper and lower body exercises while seated to enhance mobility and muscle tone. Hand weights are optional. Cool-Down & Stretch: A relaxing stretch sequence to improve flexibility and cool down your body. Whether you're looking to enhance your balance or move more, this class will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. A chair is used and optional hand weights. Let’s get moving!
